Spring Equinox 2015
If you have been feeling overwhelmed, tired, chaotic, and having a hard time getting things done, you are not alone. Astrologers have been waiting for this week along time. On March 16 we completed the last of seven Pluto/Uranus squares. This aspect has been with us since 2012, but completing the last of seven squares is a big deal. Pluto brings with it death and rebirth. Uranus is about individuality, coming into your own, revolution, and innovation. This square has helped us heal or clear away people, places, things, beliefs, habits etc. preventing us from embodying our individual and collective power.
In addition to this historic square, the Vernal Equinox (March 20) occurs on the same day as the new moon, a total solar eclipse, and the effects of powerful solar flares and coronal mass ejections. What does all this mean? It means that we are being bombarded with evolutionary energies and we are being provided a moment to pause and catch our breath before moving forward.
The background Earth Energy that we all ground into is less strong and not moving forward in the usual way. The archer has loaded an arrow, pulled back the bow and is sighting a target before releasing. During these times of profound growth it is normal to feel tired, fuzzy headed, or overwhelmed. You might feel like the day or week has passed with every little accomplished. Be easy on yourself and know that your energy is reorganizing for the future. Just as in the first three months of pregnancy changes are quietly taking place and tiredness is normal.
This is a good to time enjoy the break. Rest, play, and indulge in the simple sensual pleasures of the Earth.
